Another year, 2013. Before new year begins...some or most people are making a new years resolution make a plan. And I am not an exception to this rule. We always think what plan are we going to do for these coming new year. Let go the old year and let's face the new year with strong determination. Making a new years resolution have always a good result for people who are determine for some changes. Let us prioritize ourselves to have an education as one of our main goal for 2013.
Education is the key to the future and a strong economy and it is very important that we help our nations competitiveness by supporting an investment in education. Sad to say tuition is going up. But nobody can't take it away from you. Your education taught you to think and innovate, and that's going to make you more in demand in what ever job you land. We also need to remember that jobs are becoming more and more high skilled. Now is the time to make changes and brighten your career outlook. So opened new doors for yourself and take the first step toward life long success. Opportunities awaits you.
Especially the economy is not in good shape. I am not saying bad economy will continue.. hope not.There are always cycles in the economy and just part of life. But it was worst in 1982, when the Jimmy Carter era came to a close. We had double digit inflation, double digit unemployment and a home interest rates were at 17 percent. Haven't you notice that some degree people could hardly get a job...what more if you are not a degree holder. We need connection...lucky if you have. Being out of work can make you feel like you're out of luck,too. But I don't understand why some people who have a job but they are not doing their work well.That is why most people have such a hard time finding success in various areas of their lives. So what we need is a strong determination for ourselves to have a career now and it's not to late! Haven't you notice even manicurist has to have certificate. An from my observation, I think we should have another alternative career to earn for a living in case you are out of job.
Choose a field you really like to do or broaden your skills in the same field or learn something new. We need a career for a life long support. I know it will cost a fortune to get educated. People tend to overlook goals, thinking their dream.We need to set our goals without it... will end up stuck. And you will not be successful if you will listen from your friends, relatives or sometimes from parent suggestion. Do what you want to do and think of it a lot of times before making a final decision. The possibilities and opportunities are endless.
There is a reports show that over an adults working life...high school graduates can expect, on average, to earn $1.2 million; those with a bachelor's degree, $2.1 million; and people with a master's degree earn $2.5 million. The problem is that...that not all degrees are created equal. Some fields are hiring less than others, and your degree may be one of those fields. Your education taught you to think and innovate, and that's going to make you more in demand in what ever job you land.
If you are thinking of getting a degree... there are several online learning with the same excellence career education. They have different kinds of online education to choose from but do some thorough review first to look for a career best for you. Online degree program also saves time and money. Choose where you want to learn. You might choose to work five hours a day...from office, house or while you're on a holiday. The flexibility of learning at home allows you to work at your very own pace and as long as you have internet connection. There is also an in class program that you can choose on your convenient time. It is all depends on your available time. I'm a degree holder but still I took a 30 day online program a work from home last year in Wealthy Affiliate University, where I can work to anywhere I want.. an opportunity to add to my existing skills and increase my earning power.
I have some tips you must do to bear in mind if you decide to take a degree online...be sure that the institutions or universities you are going to attend is accredited. Make sure you are on the right time of each week, or a classroom to get in where you are comfortable for you to study. Don't hesitate to ask about these things to make it easy for you. The advantages of taking online learning is you can set up time in your spare time if you have a busy unpredictable schedule to do the job.There are several institutions or universities like Phoenix University, De Vry University and so on..... to choose offering a home learning education..
One more thing, you must know that..you already accomplished your degree it will not indicate whether you studied online or in class. It's not on from where you get a degree, it's on the person... if your good on it. Do what's best for you.The best part is you... give yourself a pat on the back to have something to be proud of. And to the youngsters have a degree. Every child deserves an education, so do not deprive yourself of learning, as this is the key to your future and the hope of all nation.

Great piece Divine. No doubt the job market will become tighter and tighter for people without degrees. In fact this is already evident in certain careers and locations. But what is more bothersome to me is that men are not going after college as aggressively as they use to. Nowadays classes are generally dominated by women. Some strategy must be initiated to correct this imbalance.
