How does the Caselogic LNEO10 sleeve work?

The sleeve offers a large zippered pocket for the ipad, tablet, or netbook up to 10" big. It should be noted that Caselogic has similar case for larger laptops.

In the front of the case is a side pocket with a vertical zipper. This pocket looks like a big bulge on the front of the case. The pocket is for the accessories that you need to carry with you. You need to realize that the amount and size of the items are based on the size of the tablet encased in the sleeve. This pocket may only carry a power cord and a mouse, but it is that much less to carry in your pocket or purse.

The Caselogic LNEO10 sleeve is able to stretch since it is made of neoprene, the same material that wetsuits are made of. This material creates a shock absorbent and water resistent environment for your ipad.

What I don't like about the Caselogic LNEO10 sleeve.

One problem sticks out with this case. Neoprene has a very strong smell. Some users have mentioned this as a major problem, but many have not mentioned the smell problem at all. I am not sure why even more of the users have not reported this problem. However, this is something that needs to be mentioned to be fair to you.

Would I purchase the Caselogic LNEO10 sleeve?

Caselogic has been known for quality inexpensive cases that meet real needs of the users. They have once again hit a home run with this case. They have found a niche of need that has been neglected and I am sure many tablet and netbook users would love to have filled.

It is unfortunate that the case has a strong smell, but it should gradually go away. If you can stand the smell, or wait to use the case so it can be out in the open and the smell reduced, you will find a great minimial case at a very low price.
