Kindle Fire – Cheap But Still Very Quality Tablet Computer

Cheap tablet computer era is coming, after the Kindle Fire has been announced. After month of speculations, the price has finally been discovered. It is a very low price that almost must ignite other producers of tablet computers to think about lowering the prices of their products. If the prices will eventually  become cheap, wouldn't you buy your own tablet computer that you always wanted? I know I would!

But let me introduce Kindle Fire, who is a bigger brother to the Amazon Kindle that we all know and adore and it will bring a massive competition to other tablets such as PlayBook from BlackBerry and Galaxy Tab from Samsung, and Apple's iPad 2 as well.

Even though it looks like it doesn't have an incredible features set in it, but I think there is a lot of potential going around it for such a a low price. There are several points that goes in favor of Kindle Fire:

  • First, there is price point that is very powerful factor. I think that people will try buy it, because it is so cheap. It costs only 199 dollars! This is just above Amazon's new Kindle e-reader and Kindle Touch, but still under the Android 3.0 and iPad 2. This will pave the way for Kindle Fire, which will become a hit or even a bestseller among other computer tablets. However, this is a price for U.S. customers, and there is no conformation yet, how much will it cost for overseas buyers and others.
  • Amazon Silk - this is a radical new cloud accelerated internet browser that is inserted in the tablet. The producers have really put an effort to it and build a very powerful browser.
  • Display - it will have a seven inch LCD Gorilla glass display with sixteen million colours. The display is supposed to be 30x tougher than plastic, while there are 169 pixels per inch, which is more than iPad 2 has (132 pixels per inch).
  • Dual Core Processor - it appear that the Kindle Fire is based on Texas Instruments ARM, which has a dual core processor. That makes Kindle Fire a complete working tablet, even though you browse on the internet and looking the pictures from your file.
  • Entertainment - there is a lot you can choose from, while using a Kindle Fire. Previous Kindles were basically just for reading e-books, but this tablet is now much more. You can watch movies, pictures, play video games, use your favorite applications and much more.

I could insert several more positive points or "pros" for Kindle Fire review, but here I have pointed out some of the important ones.

On the negative side or "cons" that i could think of right now is just one thing, which bothers me the most. That is the camera - it does not have it! That is a shame, but still, the price for such a quality tablet computer, Kindle Fire is really worth the money, even thought it does not have a camera.

It was the same with iPad 1, but everybody wanted it. And now, with such quality attributes mentioned above, affordable Kindle Fire will become a sensation . I hope the next one will have a camera, but that means expenses will get higher for a camera, wich we have it on our mobile phones anyway.

The Kindle Fire release date is 15 November in the US, but there is no word from an Amazon when Kindle Fire will have it's release outside of U.S. You can pre-order today in the US, however the shipping starts after November 15th.

Rumor has it, that 95.000 people did pre-order Kindle Fire in just 24 hours after the announcement of the price on the internet. I will bring you more about Kindle Fire review as soon as I get my hands on one and tell you right away how is it.
