Proxy To Access Facebook In China

Today, there aren't a lot of quality proxies to access Facebook in China. The truth is that they're pretty hard to come by, and they're even harder to tell quality from trash because of devious advertising techniques. Many companies that advertise Internet censorship bypassing tools aren't actually based in China, or don't really know what's going on inside The Great Firewall. Sure, it sounds great that their proxy to access Facebook in China is "The Best", is "tried and tested", and is "guaranteed", but as I've tried out a few in my day (I've been in China for several years now), what's written on their home page and what actually happens are sometimes two different stories.

So when you get ready to purchase a proxy to access Facebook in China, there's a couple things you need to look for. One of the most important is a money back guarantee. There are different time periods for different companies, ranging from one day to 30 days. You're probably going to want to shoot for about a week. The 30 day money back guarantee is nice, but completely unnecessary. Usually if things are going to go awry with any kind of program or software you purchase on the Internet, I'll happen in the first couple days. However, the long the period the better, and my personal opinion is that the longer the trial period is, the more confident the company is in their product.

Another thing you can look for is a free trial. Free trial proxies aren't that common anymore. Understandably, there's a lot of abuse that goes on. Free trials are hard to keep track of, considering it's easy to set up a new email, change an IP address, and basically continually sign up for free trials instead of actually buying to product. Sure, it's a major pain, but you'd be surprised how cheap people are. Especially the student population in China. You know how students are - they'll spend an hour trying to get something for free when they could have paid five bucks for it and gotten it instantly. I know because I used to be the same.

However, a free trial proxy, especially the kind that doesn't require any sort of credit card information can save you a bit of time when choosing proxies. If there is no trial, you've got to spend the time to sign up, give them your card number, make the payment, and deal with any issues that come up with getting your money back (if something goes wrong). If it's just an anonymous trial period and something goes wrong, just move on, and you can choose another service. Simple.

The last tip I have is to choose a proxy to access Facebook in China that's featured on personal blogs. Most of the time, people who write about proxies on blogs are going to make a commission from the sale. That's just the way things work. Unless they really get a kick out of helping people out, most reviews and proxy tips are about making cash. You can't avoid it. However, when you see a proxies name come up over and over, it's a hint that at least its well known, and being well known means it has a decent user-base. While it's not a perfect method, it's how I decided which proxy to access Facebook in China I bought, and it worked out fine for me.
