Communication Arguments Anger & Conflict #2

This escalation of verbal conflict, if not controlled at its embryonic stage, could rise to verbal abuse and physical assault. In America whether it be man or woman physical or verbal abuse is an offence, you can't even spank your child for being rude.

My sister told me a few years ago, she was shopping and she had to discipline her son. By the time she had reach her premises a police officer informed her that he had a complaint of her action.

So the law has acted as a deterrent to our social act of violence, which is a good thing. So when people are unhappy in a marriage, they simply divorce. But the children always suffer as a result of this. In the bible anger, is mention over fifty times, even the creator became angry. So how do we deal with this. If you are a married man, you are able to see this emotion and counter this with a soft answer or change the subject.

This is one area where people are not honest, a guy once told me, that in thirty years of marriage, he never quarrel with his wife, another guy said, that he had the best wife in the world, I ask him how many wives he had, he said one. I told him to stick with one.

What a man need to understand is that, if there is dispute with his wife, you need to take a deep breath, time out, you will not win this one. So what must you do, simmer down men, control your tone and let her win. If you handle this communication in this fashion, she will one day admit that she is the problem and this is when the changes will come. But this will take time and patient, on your part.
