We have all stumbled across a dead beat friend. You know who I'm talking about. He is that friend who is always down to go out, but always forgets their walet at home. Or, the friend that you cannnot seem to get off of your couch, but he or she does not have the money to contribute to the household. That is who we are talking about, the mooch, the leach, the dead beat bestie.

This type of narcissistic personality completely amazes me. A narcisistic personality is overly self involved and is in love with himself. Nine time out of ten the dead beat bestie usually has some form of addiction. It could possibly an alcohol addiction, drugs addiction, or even a sex addiction. Either way, they never have money for anything but themselves and their habbits. Although they always seem to have the funds for the latest technology and fashion, the cannot obtain their own residence or buy their own groceries. It is always on someone elses generosity to help them get by.

Here is my oppion, DUMP them. Male or female it does not matter. This person is a complete user. The only way this personality type will ever learn and develop a consideration for others is by hitting rock bottom. That is right. Stop being an enabler. It is not fair for your own mental health to constantly be worried about your friend who is usually living the party lifestyle. You will not be around forever. Your dead beat bestie needs to lear to take care of themselves.

It doesn't matter how much you love someone. If you are in an abusive friendship or realationship it is best to move forward. The person who is leaching of of you probably makes you laugh and have a great time, but probably does not care about you nearly as much as you do him or her. He or she has probably also caused alot more heartache than joy. By enabling your friend, he cannot develop into the responsible adult that you are, who he depends on so much. Take my advice, get rid of the dead beat bestie and move forward!

Have you tried a million times to get rid of this person? It may be possible that if you are subjecting yourself to this abuse, you may want to consider reaching out to someone for help. No one deserves to be taken advantage of. If the friendship is no longer compatible, it is time to have the talk that friend. It does not mean that you do not care about your friend, but things just are not working out any longer. Get rid of your dead beat bestie today!
