Punjab School Education Board has successfully conducted the board exams for the candidates of class X and XII. Students of these classes will have to appear in these exams and qualify them so as to move further in their career. The complete board exam schedule is available on the website of PSEB. The exam started in last week of February 2015 and continued till second last week of March 2015. The exam was conducted via offline mode only. Punjab Board Result is expected to be released in the month of May 2015. Candidates will have to visit the website of Board to check their result. Candidates qualifying the exam will be able to take admission in further courses. It will purely reflect the performance of candidate in exam. Board will be releasing result in the form of scorecard. It will be containing candidate's marks in each and every subject. It will also state the status of candidate, i.e. either pass or fail. To check the result candidates will have to follow a defined step by step procedure. Without it their result will not display on their screen. The simplest procedure to check the Punjab Board Result is given below:

1. Visit the website of Punjab School Education Board or click the direct link for result.
2. On the homepage of Board's website, search and click the link for result.
3. Enter the details required there.
4. Submit the details by clicking 'Submit' button.
5. Result will appear on screen. Check it and download it.

To check their result candidates will have to enter their roll number, without it they will not be able to check their result. If in case candidates have forgotten their roll number then they can get it from their admit card. Hence admit card, or a copy of it, must also be kept safe by the candidates even after the completion of exam.

After the declaration of Punjab Board Result, candidates will be issued their mark sheet and passing certificate from their respective schools. It will be issued in a time span of around 3-4 weeks from the result declaration date. Therefore candidates are advised to download their result from the website only so that it can be used when required.

Once the official mark sheet and passing certificate has been issued by the board, then candidates must keep it safe with them for rest of their life as it will be required for admission in higher course and even in recruitment process as well.
