Mexican Zucchini Preparation time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Minced Pork (1/2 kg)

cheddar cheese (10 grams)

2 courgettes (medium size)

onion (1pc)

corn (1/2 can)

red beans (canned 1/2)

green olives (10 pcs)

Garlic (1 clove)

Chili pepper

Pomidowy canned (1/2 can)

salt, pepper, paprika, oregano

basil, seasoning for minced meat

Fry in hot oil diced onion and chopped garlic clove.

Add the chopped small chili devoid of coring

The whole fry a few (5 min)

Add the meat and fry until the whole obsmaży, add a can of tomatoes, salsa sauce

Then add half a can of beans, half a can of corn and a few chopped green olives.

Seasoning to taste with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, oregano, basil and spice to minced meat. Mix thoroughly.


With zucchini remove the cores. Hollowed out zucchini with salt. Let stand for half an hour. We remove the water formed and put in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes (180 degrees) - until the zucchini is tender.

Then we fill in the hollowed zucchini stuffing and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes. Finished.

Cook the pasta according to directions on package.

Onions cut into cubes, add grated carrots, fry, to add the minced meat (spices to taste) and simmer for 8-10 minutes, then add the canned tomatoes and finely chopped peppers and chopped chilli (wypestkuj) add some about 100ml water further simmer on low heat for a few minutes, finally add the drained beans and season with herbs red.

Chicken with beans

Preparation time: 25 minutes

10 grams of chicken breast

5 grams of frozen peas

after 5 grams of chickpeas, white and red beans with canned

slice of ham

50 ml dry white wine

a few tablespoons of vegetable broth

tablespoon chopped parsley

tablespoon oil

salt pepper

Chicken breast cut into strips. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, fry the chicken. Pour in the wine, while cook until it evaporates. Pour the chickpeas, peas and beans, watered broth, simmer 10 minutes.

Ham cut into cubes, add to the stew, stir. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.


Chicken breast fillet can be replaced with a piece of turkey. We can also throw in 5 grams of corn from a can.

Ribbon pasta with chicken and raisins

Preparation time: 30 minutes

35 grams of pasta (ribbons)

30 grams of chicken breast


Red pepper

2 red onions


3 tablespoons raisins

1/2 cup tomato puree

salt, pepper, thyme

■Cook the pasta. Cut the meat into strips. Wash the zucchini, cut into half-slices. The peppers are cleaned, cut into strips. Peel onions and cut into the pen.

■Heat the olive oil in a pan, add chicken fry. Add the zucchini, onion and pepper, stir-fry for a few minutes. Pour the tomato puree, sprinkle with thyme, season with salt and pepper, stir, simmer a few minutes. Add the noodles and raisins, stir and season.
