Hello everyone!
Today's topic will be about making you paleo diet meal plan. I have written about the food list and shopping for you groceries. I think this will be beneficial to you when trying to plan your recipes and shopping list. Planning your meals out is important especially when your trying to eat new foods. It keeps you focused and prevents you from just grabbing any old thing lying around.
Pleasing Everyone
In my house there is five of us. My fiancee, three kids, and myself. If you can get everyone to join you in the diet that's great. Get everyone involved in picking out recipes and deciding what the meals will be. It is definitley easier with everyone on the same page. There are occasions though where that doesn't always work.
My fiancee is from Peru, so we were raised on totally different types of diets. There diet consist of very little meat and lots of potatoes, rice, and grains. Pretty much everything the diet doesn't approve of. So I pretty much fend for myself. Don't let this discourage you though. Stay strong to your paleo diet meal plan.
Schedule
When your picking your meals, pay attention to your schedule. One problem I run into often is planning my meals for when I'm at work. My schedule id different from day to day. Sometimes I work in the morning and sometimes at night. If you work in the morning, try to eat a good breakfast and plan ahead to take your lunch. Make those meals easy and do not skip them or forget to take it. It never fails, you will skip a meal then get really hungry and eat anything you can get your hands on.
Make your dinner meal the bigger more complex meal. If you work at night then eat a bigger breakfast and lunch and take something with you that is easier for dinner. You just have to adjust your paleo diet meal plan accordingly.
Plan, Plan, Plan
What it really boils down to is making sure that you have a paleo diet meal plan in place. Sticking to it. Let's face it, the rest of the world is not going to make it easy on you. Your going to have to find ways to eat out differntely and even family gatherings won't be easy. Make a dish that is o.k. for the diet and take it with you. I promise you if you plan the meals and your grocery list it will be a piece of cake.
