Sanjay Leela Bhansali is here with all his grandeur to bring to us another one of his tragic love stories, filled with colour, grand music and its larger than life characters, to take us into a magical world of love and conflict.

Talk about the movie has been going around for years, right after Bhansali’s Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, when he first planned to create Bajirao Mastani starring Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai, but unfortunately could go through with it because of the constant delay and change of cast.

But now he has found his star cast, and the movie is featuring Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, and it is finally here. Or at least the teaser is!

With Ranveer Singh as the Maratha King, Bajirao, and Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra as his two beautiful wives, Mastani and Kashibai respectively. The trailer going over two minutes has no dialogues, except for the end when the Peshwa ruler professes his love for Mastani in the end, “Bajirao ne Mastani se mohabbat ki hai ayashi nahi”.

The film is scheduled for a December release with Dilwale starring Shahrukh khan and Kajol. What a crossroads to find yourself at.
