I was always too afraid of the dance floor, before I knew the rave party meaning, but now I have no problem facing my fears. I thought either you had it or you don't. Some people may be more coordinated than others. Those are all limiting beliefs. Today i'm going to help you get past your social phobias.

Practice makes perfect. Understand that nothing comes easy. Even the most natural dancers(So it seems) have gotten lots of practice. They may not know they have gotten lots of practice, they just put on some music and had some fun! You can too. Just make it fun and it won't be homework, or chores, and all that fun will make time pass by so easily.

Understand that there are more parties Parties are dime a dozen. It used to be that you'd have to be invited to parties to get into parties with 15 people or more. You had to be the cool kid. Now a days in this changing, futuristic, digitally dependent world, you can surf the internet! Don't be afraid of it. If there's a page that has one-thousand,five hundred followers and lots of people are commenting saying they are going, chances are it's legit and you should show. What do you have to lose except a potential good day.

Let Go. Just let go. It's that simple. This night is far better than sitting at home watching south-park. You only get one life so experience it to the fullest. Those experiences will give you more happiness and motivation, therefore increasing the quality of your next experiences. Who knows you may end up being a way cooler person in the next year by just going to one or two parties every week!
