Do you need a little help finding another Christian singe? Well you’re not alone. Dating is not always easy. We live in a very fast paced society and finding a date is not as easy as it once was. It is a digital age and most of our interactions are done via email, phone, internet, or text message. It is hard to meet a Christian man or woman at church, work, school, or coffee shop. I am sure you can still bump into someone on the street and instantly fall in love. The odds of that happening are just very slim and it almost sounds more like a fairytale. So it is fair to say that the fundamentals of courtship have changed. You need to use all the tools that are available to you.
Sometimes the problem is not finding the date. It is the common mistakes that end a relationship in the early stages. The first and maybe most common mistakes are to rushing into a relationship. You can easily become anxious to find that special person. So once there is an opportunity finally you end up rushing into things that need to naturally evolve over time. Secondly, you should not have to change who you are just to keep a relationship going. It will only lead to misfortune in the end. Eventually in every relationship and marriage there is give take and compromise, but never change who you are. Third on my list is envisioning your entire future together before you have even met the parents. This goes hand in hand with rushing into a relationship. Dreaming of your future children with someone is not a bad thing unless you mention it the second week of the relationship.
Just watch out for those common mistakes trust in God to show you the way and the right Christian relationships will come. If you are a person on the move with no time to hang out at the coffee shop there is always good Christian dating services that can put you in touch with the man or woman of your dreams. I am no love doctor myself but I am a Christian man who found love when I least expected it. My wife and I actually met online a year later we started dating regularly, and now we are going on our second year happily married. Good luck to all who are searching for that special someone.
