This is always a head-scratching question. However, it is simple as long as you are willing to put in a little effort and time to make sure that every small detail are taken care of. All you need to do is spent 10 minutes a day doing some research on the Internet. These 10 minutes could be time taken during your work break, lunch break, tea break or even your toilet break! :P A great concept is good, however, there will be added points for creativity!!! Adding personal touch to the slightest or minor details of the date will be AWESOME!!! :)

Selecting Your Perfect Date Theme:

Today, there are many materials that could be found online regarding planning the perfect date for first dates, second dates, birthdays, anniversaries and et cetera. Where and how should you begin researching??? First, you have to decide on the theme of setting you would like to have for the date. For instance, romantic, fun, adventurous, surprise, simple, cheap and et cetera. Once you have decided on the theme, you may move on to conducting your research by utilizing the power search engine, Google or any other search available.

Utilising The Search Engine & Internet:

Let's use Romantic as the theme for the perfect date. If you type "romantic date ideas" into the search engines, automatically, there will be pages and pages of results being generated for you. Therefore, you may want add specifics into the descriptions, such as "romantic evening date ideas", "cheap romantic date ideas", "simple romantic date ideas", "hassle-free romantic date ideas" and et cetera.

Moving on, you may want to look deeper into the details, such as the birthday card (if you are celebrating a birthday), restaurants, food and drinks menu, cakes, present(s), backup plan (if it is an outdoor setting for when it rains), transportation, after dinner plans and et cetera.

Selection & Elimination Process:

In the selection and elimination process for the details mentioned earlier, you could do some research based on the reviews of the restaurants (food, drinks, ambience, service), the websites based on the comments and success rate, the type of the materials used for the present(s) and et cetera. Finalize your top 3 choices for each detail and put them together. Find the best combination for the theme, in this case, it's romantic. For instance, a pink/red greeting card, a bouquet of 12 roses (symbolizing Be Mine And I Love You), choosing the table closest to the window for an awesome view of the night skyline, ordering 2 glasses of red wine to go with your meal and et cetera.
