Best Ways to Avoid Depression

Being on the edge of depression is never a good thing because it adds weight to your shoulders and stress, and stress can deduct your life span. As people we are to see others how we want to be seen. Treat others the way we want to be treated, I know you have probably heard that but its true, the most simpliest things we hear can be life changing.

The best way to avoid depression is to write your feelings down in a journal. Just get all the negativity out of your system by writing down how you feel and what you've done wrong and what you should have done. You will feel a lot better once you have written it down. Once your journal has been completley filled page after page the best thing you can do is throw the journal away cause all your emotions and negativity is filled with it, and when you throw away the journal you are throwing away the stress, and it should be less of a strain on your body soul and mind.

Depression is just a bigger word for saying "overly and deeply stressed" and did you know that to much stress to the brain is like a disease, the stress eats away at your memory and when it does that it makes you paranoid, and that can lead to suicide. Depression is like a disease so it's best to take action right away by writing it down, or talking to someone close to you that you really love and trust, or another thing you can do is doing something that makes you happy, like drawing and creating a whole other world on a sheet of paper.

Smile, smile when you don't feel like smiling, cause it'll make you feel better and it'll make someone else smile, which will give you another reason to smile bigger and brighter. No matter if someone makes fun of you or if you are having family issues just remember that it doesnt matter where you are from, it just matters where you are going with your life, you are the one that chooses your own path, it's your choice to be or not to be the victim of your own mistakes, and if you are bullied then the best way to avoid it is to ignore it, they are setting themselves up to fail. You stay true to yourself and you can't go wrong.
