When things go wrong and they do, management of your attitude is a must. We all cope with thoughts of leaving this world and things would be better if we did, but not true.

You are here for a reason.

However we must keep things in perspective. You need to keep your thought life under control. Your friends and family that you trust are your reality connections.

A trusted friend or family member is a strengthening  connection who can keep you reality based and help you with your emotional support. Being active physically and mentally will help you immensely with your attitude.

Sitting alone does nothing but make it worse. Get outside, turn on the lights, and stay out of the DARK.

There are plenty of places to get help, Spiritual, community and County mental health clinics, see your Primary Care Provider, but find what works for you.

Journaling can help also, but finds what works or helps you, you cannot will yourself to feel better, you must take ACTION.

Start your own Group for Support.

You are magnificently made, down to the last cell and beyond, your life has meaning. Sometimes we go thru turmoil only to be that one person to give someone else a hand up.

Warning Signs

Financial problems can effect everyone some of the time and can effect your mental well-being and emotional health.

* Constant or persistent sadness

* Anger

* Irritability

* Lack of sleep

* Using Alcohol or drugs to dull the pain.

* Anxiety-talking excessively worrying

* Not caring about things you use to care about -  Apathy.

OTHER MEANS AND WAYS TO THINK ABOUT!

Start on your block, street, housing area, discuss ways of helping others and yourself, plant that garden with the neighbors. Not only are you learning about plants and how things work , you are cultivating friendships and trusts.  You will now have a feeling of accomplishment.

Encourage the community to work together; and stay focused on what you are doing and what you can do for your community.  Build the resiliency that once was and return to healthy and productive life. Some communities barter and trade you can always come up with a better idea or improve on old ones.  You always have something to give, always remember that you do.

You are not alone on this planet, don't give up, never give up, press on.

Usually it is the darkest before the light, then know that your darkness is almost over, and there is that light at the end of the tunnel and there are no trains on the tracks, But clear thinking and soon peace. It is my belief that once you have gone thru the darkness, you will never leave the light.

So live to your full Potential
