Coffee Enema At Home

There are basically two reasons you might want to do a coffee enema at home. These two reasons are pretty big, and there's quite a few people who are starting to get their hands dirty (hopefully not literally) and do their own coffee enema at home instead of going to a professional clinic.

One reason is that its more private to do things at home. You can listen to music you like while you brew your coffee. You can set a comfortable mood, in a place you're familiar with. Depending on why you've decided to give yourself an enema, this may be important. Many frequent coffee enema uses are suffering from cancer or another disease, and being in a calm, familiar environment can help with pain and depression. You may just be constipated, but even then, this can be due to a high stress lifestyle and bad eating habits. Chilling out to your favorite tunes can get your "Qi" back to where it should be. Lying on a cold, sterile clinical bed with someone dresses in a nurses uniform - unfamiliar faces in an unfamiliar place can make having a coffee enema an unpleasant experience.

Another reason that people are starting to do their coffee enema at home is the cost. A professional enema can cost $50 or more! Depending on where you live, the type of clinic you go to,and what the specifics of your coffee enema are, you could pay upwards of $100 per enema. For those that need frequent coffee enemas, they just can't afford it. For others, the price just isn't worth it when you could do basically the same thing at home. Here is a list of the supplies you'll need, and about how much they'll cost.

  • Enema Kit $5 - $10
  • Glass Brewing Pot $8 - $10
  • Enema Mat and Pillow (optional) $10 - $20
  • Organic Enema Coffee Beans (1lb) $9

As you can see, even the initial cost of a coffee enema at home is going to cost you less than one professional session. The equipment can all be reused as long as you clean it properly, so the enemas get cheaper the more you do them.

If this is your first time doing a coffee enema at home and are unsure of what should happen, you have a few options as well. You could as your doctor, or you could get a professional enema for the first time and get some tips before you start doing it by yourself. These are not necessary however, because after all, if you make a mistake your first time, your at home, so there's no one to laugh at you.

I think the main thing with coffee enemas at home is to make sure the temperature of the coffee isn't too hot. Many people associate coffee with steam and sipping, but this is something TOTALLY DIFFERENT. The coffee should be lukewarm at most. There are many web sites featuring detailed coffee enema instructions. Follow them closely and you can't go wrong with your first coffee enema at home.
