Part of being healthy is taking control of your life, and giving yourself coffee enemas can be a effective part of healthy living and disease treatment. Follow these simple coffee enema instructions and you'll be sure so see great results.
Here is a summary coffee preparation for your enema.
- Grind Coffee
- Brew Coffee
- Filter Coffee
- Let Coffee Cool
- Place in Enema Bag
The grind of your coffee (organic coffee is recommended) is not so important, but aim for a medium grind. Because you're not brewing the coffee to taste, and you'll be brewing the coffee for 20 minutes anyway, even a very coarse grind will do. I actually tend to go coarser because it makes separating the coffee grinds from the water later a bit easier. Using filtered water is recommended because tap water is going to definitely have some chlorine and other additives. These, while they can be digested and won't do much harm if you drink them, using it for an enema can be dangerous if you frequently give yourself enemas. Filtered water will be better for your body and make sure you're doing more help than harm to your body.
You can choose to boil the coffee grinds in the water, or bring the water to a boil and pour the boiling water over the grinds. Both are acceptable. Don't use filter coffee because filters haven some nasty things in them. A glass pot is the best way to go. The amount of coffee to water is flexible, but in general you should have two to four tablespoons to 1 liter of water. One liter of coffee should be enough for an effective coffee enema.
Boil for two to five minutes, then simmer the coffee grinds for 15 to 20 minutes. When you're done letting the coffee simmer, take it off the heat and let it cool. Make sure not to use HOT coffee for the enema. You'll damage the enema equipment, but more importantly you can injure yourself. Room temperature is the best way to go, but if you prefer a warm enema, slightly warmer is also acceptable.
To help in the cooling process you can add some more filtered water. About a liter (4 cups or two quarts) will be enough for a multi-part enema. The enema will be administered in several parts - you won't have to take a whole liter in one shot, so don't worry. By following these coffee enema instructions you can be sure that the coffee you brew for your at home enema will have the maximum health benefits possible.
