In this world today there are many definitions of beautiful. The magazines and movies stars are all tooth pick skinny, and unless you look exactly like that then you're not beautiful. These stars and magazine people are all full of toxic waste and diet pills. The magazines all talk about how to get a lean figure and be happy wearing a bikini. What they forget to mention is they are giving you a warped view of what “being healthy” means. The diet pills and diet regimens are not healthy at all. They harm your digestive track and wreak havoc on the rest of your body in turn. There are simpler ways to be healthy and still feel comfortable in your own skin. The easiest way to accomplish this is to do a full body cleanse. How do you cleanse your body without causing damage? This is easier then you may think.
