Healthy, summer diet should be composed of proteins, carbohydrates and unsaturated fatty acids in the right proportions, and also, of course, vitamins and minerals. Losing weight is easier in the summer, because the body defends itself against unnecessary calories. Diet does not require many sacrifices - less you want to eat, and once gets you hungry, often reach for fruits and vegetables. For this much more you move.

Summer Diet: Eat protein, but in smaller quantities

Most fruits also can eat at will. An exception is grapes, tangerines, cherries, bananas and avocados, as they provide a lot of calories. Vegetables and fruit is best eaten raw or in juice form. Drinking three glasses of different juice a day will give you almost the same benefits as eating 1.5 kilograms of fruit and vegetables.
