The type I diabetes is difficult to treat with yoga, unlike the type II which is easily treated. This is due to the reason that it slows body metabolism which changes general body functioning, making it not a suitable remedy. Many people have never taken interest in it until they have a certain condition or when anticipating to lose weight. It is the best practice when we want to have a healthy life.
