Diabetes Natural Cure

There are many people who suffer from diabetes. In today's society addictive chemicals are added to our fast foods. We end up overeating and harming our bodies in ways that we never intended. Sometimes the extra weight results in type 2 diabetes. Sometimes toxins in the environment create juvenile diabetes. It is difficult to determine the exact cause of diabetes because for each person the cause is different. However, the diabetes natural cure is the same. Get the body back to optimal health.

For anyone who suffers from an autoimmune disease, such as diabetes, it is essential to try a candida cleanse. Candida is a natural organism in our bodies that can grow rampantly and turn into a harmful fungus after using antibiotics. Antibiotics kill off the good and bad bacteria in our bodies indiscriminiately, leaving more room in the digestive tract for the candida to thrive. An overgrowth of candida often leads to autoimmune diseases.

The next step in the diabetes natural cure is to change your diet. You want to eliminate all processed foods and carbohydrates. It will be difficult, but if you are having the side effects from diabetes it will be worth it. You will need to eat a diet that has a low glycemic index. This will give you the best blood sugar control. In addition, you will probably lose weight. My neighbor followed this diet and lost fifty pounds. I tried the diet and lost five pounds, but I didn't have much excess body fat to begin with.

What can you eat on a low glycemic index diet? You will be able to eat vegetables and meat. It will take some creativity to come up with new meals, but stir frys and soups are great places to start. You will learn to love the grill and cook with seasonings. It is difficult when you first start, but as your health improves, so will your attitude about the diet. After being on the diet for a couple months, you could test out how your body responds to fruit. For some people, this is the cure they are seeking. They will be able to handle fruits and sugars after detoxing for a month.

How is this a diabetes natural cure if you are only consuming foods that don't require your body to produce insulin? You need to give your pancreas a chance to repair itself and start working normally again. Depending on the length of time that you have had diabetes will determine how long you need to stay on the diet before your body begins to produce insulin on its own.

Dr. Bernstein has written a few great books on diabetes that explain the exact mechanisms behind the diet. He actually was suffering from diabetes when he came up with the natural diabetes cure. His method was very scientific as he observed and tested how each food affected his blood sugar.
