For a long time diabetes has been known as non-insulin diabetes, it is known to affect a big percentage of Americans (90-95% of the population).
This type of diabetes is due to the inability of the pancreas to produce enough insulin or the body not responding to insulin accordingly. Due to this, the cells are unable to absorb sugar and therefore the unabsorbed sugar deposits in the blood stream making the cell malfunction, and for this problems arise which include:-

- Regular exercising (keep fit) - This helps burn out excess calories, reduce cholesterol levels and increase blood flow.
- Check on your weight to avoid obesity which is a common contributor of diabetes type 2
- You may need to regularly visit your doctor to monitor your blood sugar
