Understanding Diabetes Type 2

For a long time diabetes has been known as non-insulin diabetes, it is known to affect a big percentage of Americans (90-95% of the population).

This type of diabetes is due to the inability of the pancreas to produce enough insulin or the body not responding to insulin accordingly. Due to this, the cells are unable to absorb sugar and therefore the unabsorbed sugar deposits in the blood stream making the cell malfunction, and for this problems arise which include:-

• Eye, nerves, kidney and other body organs get damaged which can cause hardening of large arteries leading to heart attack. (Damaged nerves can lead to problems digesting foods and also in human, difficulties in sexual power).

• When the glucose accumulate in the blood urination increase causing dehydration.

• A person with diabetes type 2 after he dehydrates he / she is unable to compensate the water loss and therefore can lead to more fatal complications like Diabetic Coma.
