Cancer Cure Follow Up, An Experiment With Dogs

Following on to my last article “Can you cure cancer yourself”, I have made another discovery. There are articles on correct diets and eating regimes, herbs and vegetables being the most popular. Herbs taken in pill form, vegetables eaten raw, lightly cooked in a microwave, blanched and many other techniques recommended. The herbalists have many recommendations on the web, alternate medicines, the health stores all with suggestive paths to follow. But oxygenation and body pH still seem to take a back seat in the recommended remedial corrective practices.

Now sitting on my “stoep” (porch, for some), I became fascinated by the behaviour of my four dogs, that were drinking water from their food bowls that had filled with rain water. Their normal drinking bowl within easy reach was being totally ignored. Why would this be? This needed more investigation, and an experiment manifested itself within my mind. What water would the dogs drink as a preference. The experiment required that all the differences of the water being known.

I started by collecting water from one of the dams on the golf course, I purchased bottled water that had its analysis depicted on the container. I collected enough rain water, this from a down pipe so it required analysing, the dust and dirt from the roof would be a constituent. Finally water supplied by the local authority from the house faucet, which was the normal source of the dogs drinking water. The four samples sent to my local laboratory, where my water sampling was normally analysis, and the results differed, but not to an excessive amount.

I will not confuse you with the analysis results, but suffice it to say that the CEC, TEC, pH, organic material, and nutrient levels where all covered in the tests. The results showed that the rain water was the best quality, followed by the bottled water, the faucet and then the dam water. To set up the experiment I restricted the access of the dogs to the bowls so that they might build a thirst. (There was no cruelty performed, I love my dogs, they are my soul mates and protectors.) The bowls placed in a line, marked, and one by one the dogs allowed access, and I recorded which bowl used. Strangely the dogs never seemed to smell the water or taste test, as we as humans would have, but two went directly to the rain water and two to the faucet water.

The rain water and faucet water were of a very similar analysis, the biggest difference being in the pH, the rain water 7.2 and the faucet water 8.7. Again I denied the dogs free access to the water and removed the rain and faucet water bowls. The dogs, gaining a second chance to drink, faced with the bottled and dam water, chose the dam water. This was unbelievable to watch, is the water we buy in bottles not of a healthy standard? The analysis showed no toxicity, the pH was 6.0 slightly acidic, but otherwise perfect. The dam water that they drank was high in organic matter, with slightly high levels of phosphate, the pH towards the alkaline side at 7.8.

I continued to experiment with combinations of two waters being available to the dogs and my conclusions astounded me. The results, I consider conclusive. My dogs prefer water that is alkaline and which has a higher oxygen level. The oxygenation levels of the four waters gave the rain water highest and the bottled water the lowest. The preference was for the rain water followed by the faucet then the dam and lastly the bottled water.

In my article I advocated that an alkaline pH blood level, well oxygenated could be self cure method for cancer. Could it be possible that my dogs agreed with me? By their choice of water it would seem so. I even went so far as to use an organic carbon product to lower the pH of the rain water, as soon as the water reached an acidic level the preference towards it waned and the others with an alkaline level became the water of choice.

The results of the experiment, lead me to believe that even dogs realise that an alkaline, oxygenated body is preferential for good health.

Great article. I grew up on a dairy farm, and it was always interesting what we can learn from animals. There is a lot of good information on preventing cancer as well as some "hogwash". Wish you well in all you do.

Wow, this is interesting. Good for you to work it out and follow through with your experimentation. I've read a similar thing in conjunction with cows and the plant types they choose to eat if they have the option. I wish I remembered where I read it but from memory it seems the cows who could keep alkaline had a much lower rate of mastitis and other ailments.

That is true, when I was farming I ensured a high alkaline feed for my dairy herd for that very reason.

And while on the subject of mastitis (kind of) I had so many doses of antibiotics (which I hate) when breast feeding my first child that the doctor was writing them in advance. I can only imagine the dose my baby son was getting too and it horrifies me now. A naturopath put me on to a dose of colloidal silver the moment a symptom emerged and I never had another antibiotic. I swear by it now and wouldn't let it run out in my house. I gave my daughter a daily dose for a few weeks and her warts all disappeared! People need to know this stuff!!
