Cancer - It Only Lives Inside Of Us

All the things I said about what I would not do if I was diagnosed with cancer seemed to be just words in the breeze. I said that I would never do radiation no matter what. I said I would find another way, that I would find an alternative to radiation or chemotherapy. But when the time came to tell me that I needed radiation to live, I said yes sir and showed up on time. I did freak out in the meantime and could not have even gone to the appointment if I had not found a Reiki Master who was also a nurse, who prayed with me on the phone. She told me to think of it as God holding my head in his hands and giving me the help that I needed to live.

I had an extremely rare illness that is mostly fatal but it was not cancer. The treatment they performed on me was only what they had done before, not necessarily something that worked. I later found out I was one of the lucky few that lived.

There are far too many diseases today that are without a cure within our current medical treatment system. The treatment they put a cancer patient through is the worst one we currently use in my opinion. You may end up cancer free if and only if you live through the treatment.

We do not seem to be on the road to finding a cure. We keep finding more and more cancers taking over increasing ages of people. This colonization of cancers can take over the body if left alone or sometimes even if battled with all your might.

My question is, are we fighting it or are we helping it?

I do believe we might in fact be helping cancer in it's fight against us.

We have been perfecting our farming technology for generations to supposedly help mankind, at possibly the cost of our own health. This time we may have gone too far.

We care about our health but we do not seem to care about our food, which may be our health You are what you eat, as they say.

I have made decisions about what I will eat that affect my health and I do not live by my taste buds alone. Yes I love food that tastes good but even as I have gone through not having taste buds for 3 months from radiation I still have standards about what I eat. I refuse to eat what is bad for my health.

I do not eat ice cream because it is a food that creates too much mucous and I have been a professional singer for over 30 years now. I believe anyone can change their diet to what is more healthy for them if they truly want to live a healthier lifestyle.

Nobody should eat fast food or any junk food that is so unhealthy for their life.

You see, cancer cells do not go through programmed cell death, which is called apoptosis. All of our cells have apoptosis, cell death. They all die and more are reborn. But cancer cells do not die. This in itself should tell us something about cancer.

However, cancer cells have an enzyme in them called CYP1B1, and when it meets up with a certain compound in food, this compound causes a mini combustion and the cancer cell dies.

Isn't nature truly a miracle maker? The only problem with this reaction is that it does not happen unless the food is organic.

The compound referred to here is only in food that is grown organically. Food crops only make this compound (called Salvestrol) as a defense against a fungus. Now that we grow our food crops on such a large scale and spray them with fungicides, the plants no longer have to make this compound as a defense so now cancer has become more and more prevalent. We can choose to eat organic, even at the high price of organic food, or we can pay the high price of cancer.

So instead of fighting cancer we are actually helping it in the fight against us. We are helping more cancer live.

And cancer only lives inside of us.

A common thread these days--"You know that tech we've been using for the last thirty years? It's endangering the human race." All 'progress' has a price. We didn't see any immediate problem with combustion engines--but as time past, boy-howdy, did we ever find problems. Same with DDT, BGH, and PCBs--the problems came later, and the seeming 'usefullness' of the products made us resist facing the danger--which meant the risk-taking was prolonged even after we knew of the risk (not to mention some products' corporation being desperate to maintain the status quo for their own bottom line). Even the rocket scientists tripped themselves up by filling the Near-Earth Orbit with metal debris from previous flights--turning that once near-vacuum into dangerous shoals for any flights to come. If those geniuses were so short-sighted, the rest of us are even more likely to create dangers out of inventions. And, with greed mixed in, our march into the future will have to be slowed down or accepted as a risky business--"Which will Greed choose"?, I wonder. Very informative and engaging, Sister Kaite--thanks for writing this.

Excellent article Sister Kaite. I've been doing a lot of research because unfortunately, I'm dealing with this monster myself at the moment. Can't even write the word. Traditional treatment is not for me either. So much is known now about this disease, but not known in the mainstream medical communities. Sadly, we are in the dark ages in America, and treatment, specifically radiation and chemotherapy, are cruel and primitive. I've been receiving help from Mother Nature and nano technology. Definitely going to look up Salvestrol. Thank you.

I have to say that they will not let me put a link in this comment so i will ask you to go to my profile and check out my natural health magazine newsletter on wordpress and read the aticle called "You have not heard of Salvestrols yet?" and read the comments below. You will find many from the scientist that discovered this compound, Gerry Potter in England. He also leaves links to where to buy this compound in the U.S. and Canada, as well as many other countries. Prayers for you Joan and it is not expensive..Good luck.

Congrats on your first article!! I really liked it...it was very good, and very sobering. I'm so sorry to hear of your illness, but relieved to hear that you came through it. I hear what you're saying about how important the food we eat is directly linked to cancer and a whole lot of other horrible things. I am supporting my friend who was diagnosed with bone cancer in February, and have done a ton of research on diet since that time. What I learned was downright scary, and organic is definitely the way to go. Once again, informative and very nicely written article! Patricia Bruce
