Constipation is a rather uncomfortable condition, which can have a number of ill effects on overall health. 6. Vitamin supplements. While vitamins themselves do not cause constipation, certain nutrients, most of the multivitamins and mineral complexes contain, do. And namely calcium and iron can be a problem. Stop taking them unless it is really needed.
7. Painkillers. Most of the receptors for the narcotic class of drugs are located in the digestive tract, so it can bring everything to a halt. Therefore, it is a good idea for people who are chronically administered painkillers to buy online drugs like gentle laxatives to counteract that.
