Did you know that our bodies used to make our own Vitamin C. I do not know how it happened but we no longer make our own Vitamin C and must eat food that contains the vitamin to keep it in our diet. We definitely need to have at least 1000 mg of Vitamin C each and every day just to keep our gums healthy.
Oh you still smoke cigarettes? You need even more Vitamin C than those who do not smoke.
Smoking causes cancer you know that. But did you know it also causes other things like cell damage, which causes coronary diseases, circulatory problems, high cholesterol, respiratory problems, and a higher risk of having cancers.
If you smoke and eat a totally organic diet and lots of fruits and vegetables and take Salvestrol daily you might not get cancer, but that still leaves all the other diseases you can have from smoking.
When you smoke your body loses Vitamin C and now you need even more Vitamin C to counteract what you have done by smoking. It is estimated that you should take at least 2000 mg of vitamin C daily in a supplement if you smoke.
So now you are worried about the weight you will gain if you quit smoking. In the first place if you are leading a healthy lifestyle of exercise, eating organic food only and being kind to yourself in all the other ways you may not have to worry about gaining weight when you quit smoking.
You may have to increase the amount of exercise you do until a certain time later after you have quit smoking. I would say extra exercise for over a year to make certain that your metabolism has not changed that much by the stopping of nicotine.
This is not the worst thing that could happen to you. It is not like having an illness. Just take extra Vitamin C to try and stay healthy as you smoke your life away.
If you are going to take any vitamin, I would definitely recommend taking Garden of Life because all their vitamins come from food and are not processed or have so little processing they can still be called organic.
Vitamin C is necessary for the health of your gums but as you know not enough daily Vitamin C will give you Scurvy and that is no fun.
Your skin needs 2 things to make skin cells and that is Vitamin C and water. How much do you like having good skin?
Most animals and plants can synthesize their own Vitamin C. The animals that do not make their own, consume 10 to 20 times more Vitamin C daily than what is recommended for humans by our USRDA.
The equivalent of about 10,000 mg of Vitamin C daily per kg, is be what would be recommended for humans if we were advised to take the same amount per kg as a guinea pig is required by our Veterinarian association.
There are so many foods with Vitamin C in them but the one with the most is sweet peppers, yellow and red more than green, but all more than oranges.
Maybe you have not had cancer yet, but you will have betters odds if you quit smoking now. I quit smoking seven years ago and now the doctor cannot even tell that I ever smoked.
Do you think you need to supplement your Vitamin C daily now?
Have not smoked ciggarettes for years, best thing I ever did quit them.....making a good habit of stuffing my jaws with good food now a days.....peaches in season right now.....cherries on the way out and strawberriew lucky if you find local now, they were great while they lasted.......oh no the winter....my fruit intakes slows down to a crawl....apples....
Do you can any of the food from the summer to make it available for winter?? that is what we do in West Virginia..I am so glad to hear you say that you quit smoking too...it is amazing how much better a person feels when they quit isn't it?? i was shocked when i quit. i will not start smoking again...good organic food is what it is all about....I wish I could write a book with some good organic food recipes for men...most men do not want to take the time to eat good food....maybe someday I will...glad to hear you are eating good...thanks for the nice comment

Good for you Cynthia but that was definitely not enough for the day...You are not a smoker are you? I cant see you as a smoker....at least 1,000 mg daily for normally good health...thanks for the comment....eating those sweet peppers always helps though especially when you are coming down with a cold or something....
Thanks! Not a smoker - shudder! - never tried one and don't plan to. I suspect my squeezing fresh limes fills in quite a bit on the daily Vitamin C.
Sounds like you have a handle on good food that is good for you and I am sure you are eating only organic...right?
Thanks for the advice Sister Kaite ! Trouble is I smoke loads and cant help it because I like smoking, especially joints. I figured the THC will take care of any lung tumours. I dont take any vitamin C supplements but do eat loads of organic fruit and veg. I also take 1 salvestrol platinum 2000 every day just to make sure any lung cancer is taken care of. I read that lung cancer expresses very high levels of the enzyme CYP1B1 so it makes sense to me. I feel great and can out run most youngsters even though Im in my 50's. I feel fit healthy and I still can enjoy dangerous occupations such as smoking. So thanks for all the advice about organic food, Leonardo
I am so glad to hear you are already taking the Salvestrol...smart move......I know about smoking I smoked for years and years and....I quit for 9 and then my marriage fell apart and I had to start smoking again to get through it...but then i quit again ...7b years now....I know how to quit and I am going to write about it soon...i am writing a book about it...If you decide to take Vitamin C or any Vitamins...please research them and get some that are made from whole foods without fillers....keep on keeping....;-P
