Cancer is a terrible disease and many people lose loved ones to this disease every year. In fact, it is one of the biggest killers in the world today along with heart disease, HIV and malaria. Many scientists over the years have been searching for a cure for this disease but to no avail.

The result is a much stronger immune system, which is more resistant to diseases such as cancer, heart disease and other serious illnesses. Many people who have been on raw diets for a long time also report that they have never been suffered from niggling illnesses such as the flu and the common cold. Another advantage these people have is since they do not have to cook the food, they can save on the electric bill, they do not consume any cooking oils which means little to no cholesterol in their food. The benefits are endless, as long as you keep it varied!
