As a matter of fact, the grounds and beans are problematic also for them. Espresso beans dipped in chocolate drinks are not for them as chocolate and coffee can be very risky to dogs. Chocolates that are deeper in color are more harmful to dogs. Remember that chocolate is not safe for dogs whether it is dark or milk chocolate.
You should not allow your pooch to drink or eat anything if you are not sure of whether it is safe for them or not. Also, do not allow your dog or any other pet in your house to access products that contain coffee or chocolate. Can dogs drink coffee? No they can’t. You might then want to take a few steps from them when having your morning coffee to prevent any chances of them having a taste of it without you knowing.
