how to prevent the natural epidermic deseases and general health improvement and the women health status today its my great opprtunity totalk about wemen health status .

why do l emperse women but not men , you will agree with me in this proverb women fast then men will follow , and then general health improvement this includes both the ladies and gental men ,women play a mojor key factor in the child growth and developement personally l grew up with my mam so most of the time l stayed with my mam unitil was 10years .

the child eary education in most cases its the ladies who tought us the general basic s of life before we started the studies . she is the one who teachs the child how to talk from that level when child is born , from 0-3years its a resiponsiblity of the mam to take care of the baby in the same case she is the teacher and at the same time the parent t o that child so she teaches the kid the basic knowledge how to wear and remore clothes how to talk , read and write incase the mam is busy the the houses girl takes over that responsiblity.

besides that l will give you the live example of my sinor six classmate , she was blight gril but she came from a poor family so after our uganda advanced certicate of education exams , results were out when she had 24 points so she was invited to the ministy of educated and the helped her to look for scholarships so she got a scholarship award to go for her studies in uk united king dom .

despite the fact the fact that she studied in uk , she came back and started working in uganda so she was well known in the village as miria from uk so she was a roll modal to most of the lidies , her friends copied some of her behavour , l went to visit her and she gave the best company but l observed the following she had awell decorated long finger nails , a good planted hair style

so most of the women copied that but to cut the long story , we shall talk about 4fs food ,fingers , feaces and flies . in the present stuation women like long finger niles, am especally talking about ladies with babies , when the babies pass out there waste product /feaces in the clothes, they wash the clothes ,some small particle of feaces stike in the finger nails , after washing , she also prepare food for cooking like meat ,sweat potatoes hence the dirty hands are in contact with food , then flies will come around that food . incase you pose a question why there are many flies here? she will answer that they have been attracted by the smell of meat or fish

forgeting that she has been washing the clothes with waste products during lunch time the food is served out so after lunch all the family member will surffer from runing stomach since each home has one pit latrine , it can accomadete the 3 people at the same time hence the kid s will dispose there wastes on the bare ground in ashort time it begins to rain , after raining the children from the neigbourhood will harry to pick the fruit like mangoes so they start eating before washing the fruits hence out break of the epidermic deseases

l beg to pen off by saying that take your time and look at the finger nails of your dougher , housegirl or mid wife and adverse her to maitain her finger nails short
