You wanted a Lenovo T520 vs W520 review. Here it is.
Your computer is running slower. You do not have the software it takes these days to keep up with online streaming of video games and movies. The latest updates in videos and other software have put your pc out of date.
Well you will for sure need to get a new notebook. You already knew this. You want to go with a Lenovo series, being as you have heard about how powerful they are. The problem is, you do not know which of the thinkpads are right for you. T520 or W520?
Well, today we are going to solve this problem for you. We are going to give you a quick rundown of what each one is. Lets get started.
ThinkPad T520
This model of thinkpad is just simply outstanding. It comes with up to the second gen of Intel Core i7 processor with Turbo Boost Technology beat by no other on the market. Also comes with of course Windows 7.
The weight of this notebook is only about 5 pounds, which will make this one of the most powerful as well as light weight laptops available.
You also want to note the battery life of this powerhouse, an outstanding and uncomparable 25.6 hours with slice battery!
Display is 15.6; Hd: Anti Glare Led which you can barely find anywhere else
This laptop has it all balanced out with top notch performance whether you are needing something to stream games with or just for a more smooth business computer. Runs all the latest apps without hesitation. On the go professionals will enjoy the slim and light weight of this device, while gamers and movie lovers will enjoy the great performance.
Lenovo W520
This model of thinkpad will have the businessmans head spinning in amazement.
Up to Intel Core i7 quad core Extreme Edition
With over twenty hours battery life, this powerhouse can run a business man smooth all day.
HD or FHD panel, 15.6 inch display
Weighing in at only nearly six pounds
Now this is no ordinary laptop. The quad core intel is a great processor allowing lightning speeds. The only downside to this is that you have slightly less batter life than the T520 and you do not get the anti glare LED screen. Now, If you are strictly getting for business, then this may be for you. However, it is slightly higher priced than the T520.
Here is our recommendation. If you have a pretty large business, and have alot of record keeping on your business computer, then you are definately going to want to spend the little extra money on the W520 as it is lightning fast and built to last. Has all you will need and then some.
However, if you run a fairly small business and do not have a lot of record keeping or fancy apps that you have to keep track of, I would definately go for the Lenovo T520. It is quick, reliable and powerful. And it is cheaper with a longer battery life AND comes with an anti glare screen. Gamers and general users will also want to go with the T520 version.
