Do you ever feel as though you are not the person you were meant to be? You might be suffering from amnesia. Amnesia is defined as partial or full memory loss. Your thoughts could be the cause of this loss. Let me explain.
Every time you think a negative thought or take in some form of negativity from your environment it is stored in the self- doubting file in your brain. If you continue to fill this file it will take over your life. You will start to doubt yourself at every turn. You will start to feel unconfident, unworthy, unreliable, unorganized and unmotivated. You will start to feel like a lesser version of your former self. You will forget your passions and desires. You will forget all the great things you wanted to accomplish. You will be walking around with a form of amnesia!
The good news is you can break the “spell”. You and you alone are the chooser of what you take in and what you let resonate in your mind. Keep your focus and attention on self-love and not self-loathing. Do not put yourself down if you are having difficulty with a particular task. Revel in the fact that progress is taking place. Keep your focus and attention on the good things in your life.
Your world is in direct correlation with your thoughts. The power to live the life you desire is within you. If you keep your thoughts full of wealth, prosperity, and good health you will attract these things. Focus your thoughts on the things you would like to achieve and not on the failures in your life. Remember to give yourself praise in your achievements and tune out anyone who tries to belittle your dreams. Let them live in a world of fear but don’t let them infect yours.
Fluidity in thought is the key to making any kind of change. If you thoughts are negative you will change for the worse. If you keep a positive outlook and only let in positive thoughts your life will be filled with abundance. If you find yourself having a bad day or your thoughts drifting the wrong way, just stop doing whatever it is you are doing and think about something good in your life. Your mind can only focus on one mood at a time. You cannot think negatively and be in a good mood nor can you be thinking positively and be in a bad mood. Keep your thoughts good and never forget who you are supposed to be again!
