I was sitting at the computer just about three hours ago thinking about what I was afraid to do, and then I remember what I had learned in metaphysics. "What you spend the most time thinking about you sub-consciously create, in other words you will physically manifest your internal drives, desires, fears, worries as well as woes. Also, another thought accord to me, instead of wasting a valuable five seconds of my life worrying about what i was afraid of, why not spend it trying to encourage or instill a winner's mindset within my readers minds.
So here I am sitting down at my computer full of vigour ready to help you guys become all that you were truly meant to be. It is a national shame that our society is full of constant negative images, and negative talk that do no good to those that are in earshot of it. There is however one true and actual remedy for this plague; SELF-LOVE!!!!
One might ask how do I begin to love myself, here is the best method( as well as the current method that I am using to overcome any issue I am faced with), pretend that you are in a life long relationship with yourself ( which technically you are :-D ). Every morning pretend that you are married to yourself and when you hear your self saying negative things to yourself ask,"Would I tell this to someone who I was head over heels in love with?". If its not then you shouldn't tell it to yourself. Most people believe that in order to find true love they must search the ends of the earth (bars for some of you more adventorous people lol) in order to find the one, when in actuality the one you have been searching for HAS BEEN IN THE MIRROR ALL THE TIME!!!
Trust me this process of loving yourself will take sometime but trust me when I tell you, YOU ARE WORTH IT!!! I'm going to school to become a Clinical Licensed Social Worker, because I want to help people come out of the misery of their lives, it is where I draw my passion from, its where I draw my energy and that energy is love.
Some Tips for changing your mentality from a negative one to a positive one:
1: Do these exercises daily remember this: if you all your mind to stop thinking positive thoughts you allow your mind to think negative ones.
2: Affirmations look up daily affirmations
3: Motivation quotes: I cant Tell you how much these can help
4: Dedicate yourself to the work no matter how scary or frieghting
5: DONT TRY TO BE PERFECT!( I put this in bold so that it will stand out you will never say the perfect thing, or do the perfect thing.... just do your best. The problem with Perfection is it doesn't allow progression.
