.The Global Energy Crisis

We are gradually having a global energy crisis. It is being caused by the rising demand on the global energy supply. We seem to take it for granted that the world has a unlimited supply of power but we know that this is not true.Fossil fuels such as coal, oil, gas and petroleum do not have an unlimited supply. Even water which is cinsitereda renewable resource is limited to the amount of power we can get from water developement. We as individuals have not taken precautions to deal with the amount of power we use.

Oil and gas are gradually becoming depleted and is becoming very expensive. The energy crisis is not a myth as some people may think. Most people do not see the big picture they will see when oil and gas get so expensive we have trouble paying and it gets so scarce that we have trouble finding more reserves. we have had oil crises in the past 1973, 1979, 1990, when there were large price hikes.

We have been getting price increases for the last five or six years. There have also been increasing shortages of energy.

Sometimes I wonder how much longer will oil and gas last. Sometimes I also wonder if all the this is much ado about nothing but somhow I do not think so. As the worlds population increases and the oil and gas decreases we could edn in a crisis because the experts say we have depleated half the world's supply. As the consumption esclates the faster ew will deplete our reserves so later generations will face a greater crisis.

So if we are consuming our oil and gas at a fast rate what are we doing about it. Do you think we can deal with the crisis we are creating? Do you think we understand the problems. We have to reduce the use of electricity if we can't produce it from renewable sources. If we do this we will reduce the consuption of oil gas and other non renewable fuels. Renewable sources can be wind piwer or solar power. we ca reduce the consumption of non renewable fuels by joining car pools, heat ourswimming pools with solar panels, using wind and solar power at the cabin.

So alternate sources of energy can be solart, wind and bio fuels. we ca cut our electric bills and make the world a better place to live.

Make our own power at home by building solar panels and building our own wind generators to save energy to eliminate or reduce your power bill.
