Now that you and your child have picked a theme for your their party, the fun begins. Themed parties are so much fun. You don't want to over do it on the theme and everything doesn't have to have the theme design on it. My Grandson Brayden will be having a Spiderman birthday party in October. Not everything has to have Spiderman on it. Some items will have just a spider web and other items will have just the red, blue or black color. You want thing to go together but not be the same thing.
I love custom items. You can go to Vista Print and customize your invitations. You can put your child's picture on them or just their name and information. 10 invitations for $8, not to bad! And once they arrive, they are ready to go. You don't have to hand write each and every one. I am all for anything that looks great and saves time.
While you are on the Vista Print website look around and see if there is anything else that you might want to order. Might as well do it all at once. You can customize stickers, t-shirts, sign, banners or anything else that you might need. Can't beat their awesome prices and don't forget to look for coupons to use before checking out.
Now, you want to think about any activities you want to have at the party. This can be anything from having a bounce house to have a table set up for an arts and craft project for the children at the party to create and take home so they have a cute souvenir to remember the day by. It is also a nice touch to have something fun for the adults too. You want it to be a fun day for everyone not just the children.
Just remember to not get caught up in the day that you are not having fun yourself. You want to be able to enjoy the day with your child and not be stressed with all the details of the day. You child will not remember if a little detail was forgotten but they will remember you being there by their side having fun on their big day. Parties are suppose to be fun for EVERYONE! So don't forget to enjoy the day. Carpe Diem! Don't forget to take lots of pictures for that scrapbook of the big day.
