An Exercise Tip - Make A Life Change

One tip about exercise can make a huge life change for you, and I am going to explain it. I will give you the short version, so you can get back to your life immediately, and change the way you use your exercise workouts. So here is the short version:

  • you do not need to change your choice of exercise
  • you do not need new equipment
  • you do not need to join a gym, although you may choose to
  • you do not need new clothing
  • you will learn how to alternate short energy bursts and active rest intervals - easy!

You Do Not Have To Change Your Exercise Choices!

You can apply this specially formulated exercise timing of short energy bursts and active rest to your favorite exercise. You might be a swimmer, a walker, a Pilates type, or a ballet dancer. (Ballet classes, by the way have always used this type of exercise for classical training, which is one reason why adult ballet classes are a favorite way to work out, and get healthier.)

Why is this one exercise tip so important? Because this style of exercising changes what your body does AFTER you stop exercising. Exercise triggers many body activities once you stop. These would include:

  • calorie burning - or not
  • muscle building - or not
  • heart strength increase - or not
  • lung capacity increase - or not
  • stop bone loss - or not
  • decrease insulin resistance - or not
  • boost metabolism - or not

This type of interval training, or pace training, does for you what cardio training does not. Cardio training does affect endurance levels, but is that ultimately what you want? Cardio training has not proven to be an anti aging behaviour. I'm not saying it is not better for anyone to sit all day rather than take a walk. However, anyone, especially seniors or other retired people who could sit all day, who learns how to alternate between short high intensity bursts of energy, and active rest, can use this system, and make a real life change doing so.

If you sit all day at a job, or in your home office, you can put together any kind of exercise you like, to build muscle, heart strength, lung capacity and trigger the cascades of calorie burning and enzyme behavior - the recovery stage of exercise - and reverse many aging conditions that we in the modern world are subject to.

Just think about the effects of increased circulation that high intensity bursts of energy can give you:

  • better memory (oxygen and other important nutrients flow to your brain)
  • increased waste removal from your body cells during and after exercise
  • detox heavy metals through increased persiration
  • endorphin flow - mood elevation the natural way
  • that tingling, deep breathing feeling of well being

Also, important for many of us, the time saving aspect of this one exercise tip workout style that makes a real life change.
