Perhaps some of you exercise regularly. If so, that's great: Keep it up!. When people find that once they started to attend an exercise program or go to the gym they see results and stick with it . .on these, bear with me while convince others who don't exercise, or who've already tried and failed to make physical activity a part of their daily lives...very important to consider. It's time to look at the most important part in our health style..exercise...the most challenging habit we could make to our life. And it's also time to simplify our approach to exercise.
Eating alone will not keep us well, we must also do exercise. But before we begin...consider our overall health first. Do you have any particular health problems? Do you have cardiovascular disease, severe arthritis or other chronic heart conditions? If so, talk to your health care professional before you begin to exercise
Staying fit and relaxed is not only good for your health, it is good for you, too. If you want to enjoy life more...you must exercise. It's that simple...no amount of exercise can guarantee a long life. Even in a moderate amount can improve the likelihood of a healthy life. Deciding to exercise is a big decision. It's easier for many of us to make small daily decision. And I've found that the most common single excuse that people use to avoid exercise is they don't have time, they cannot afford a gym or they simply don't like to "exercise". Is this describes you? Why bother to walk around the block if you only have ten minutes, right? You may park your car far from the grocery or shopping mall to walk.
Here's a way to think about the benefits of exercise we should all know:
* Boosts the immune system
* Relieves tension and stress
* Provides enjoyment and fun, especially to senior
* Helps maintain stable weight
* Burns calories and helps maintain healthy weight
* Boosts self-image
* Improves your heart health
* Improves muscle tone and strength
* Can make you stronger and more flexible
* Can improve mood and could even fight depression
* Lowers blood pressure
* Relieves sleep disorder
* Increases "good" (HDL) cholesterol and decreases "bad" (LDL) cholesterol
* Helps to control blood sugar and thus helps manage or prevent diabetes
* Relieves arthritis
* Reduces the frailty of old age
How much exercise? This is the simple question. Here's the answer: Aim for thirty minutes a day is sufficient and beneficial. Best of all 30 minutes of moderate physical activity can be a 15 minute walk in the morning, 10 minutes of vigorous housework, and five minutes of jogging in place while watching your favorite show. Once that becomes a regular habit, you can add more minutes .Sixty to 90 minutes of activity on most days is optimum. All of these approaches are good, if you can achieve them. And for every pound of muscles you build, your body burns an extra 35 to 50 calories.
.It is a very sad fact of life that many people who are not engaged to any sports or physical activity lose a very large proportion of their physical strength and physical work capacity before they even notice that something is wrong to them. And also find themselves unable to participate actively in life. But it's never been, too late, to exercise.
Exercise is perhaps the single critical change you can make in daily life...along with eating, super foods...that will improve your health, your spirits and your future. And eating food alone will not keep you well enough to produce health, it must work together. If we take responsibility to our health...surely...we will develop a desire to accomplish our exercise and fitness goals. Deciding to exercise is a big decision. It's easier for many of us to make small daily decision....But at first check with your doctor before starting an exercise program.
Great article! And an inspiration to keep exercising...
