Exercising will help stabalize the hunger pangs. You won't feel as hungry because your blood sugar levels will remain more constant. So exercise away.
Also helping with your blodd sugar levals is the fact you will burn fewer carbohydrates. This then helps you eat less and while building muscle you also burn a lot of fat which will help with weight loss.

The nutrients from your food choices can now be used a lot more efficiently. Waste will also be eliminated giving you a more positive experience with food and exercise.
Because you are now a fine tuned machine and getting all the nutrients working for you there is a chance you might want to give yourself a treat every so often. You know, as a reward for looking so good. Maybe have a pizza or a pasta one night every two weeks.
Because your body temperature is now up with all this exercise you will burn more fat and use it to become more energetic. Even after a workout is over your metabolism is so charged you will be burning fat for a least two hours. This is also a key time to be intaking some protein to replenish those hard working muscles.
When doing weight training and working the muscles you are in fact breaking them down. After each workout they need to have the time and resources to build themselves up again. They will become even stronger. This is key right after a workout. This is when they need protein as an ingredient to rebuilding what you just broke down in the gym.
