Exercises For A Flatter Stomach

Learn some exercises for a flatter stomach, whether your just starting out on your journey to a flatter stomach or you want to create a toned stomach. This is just some workouts to help with core. Your core of your body is very important muscle, it helps with the movement of your body and it's practically the center of attention. It also helps you flex your lower spine and pretty much is link to your back muscles. If your going to work this muscle group out, lets just amp it up a little.

As with any exercise always remember to warm up your muscles and get your heart rate kick started. a simple warm up would be to jog in place and jumping jacks about 10 minutes. After your muscles are warmed up and your heart rate is up, start stretching, this will help with the prevention of injury.

Here is the list of exercises i would suggest you could try. You could do it right at your home.

Exercise these Movements with supersets, max interval.

Scissor sit ups,lie on your back, legs and arms should be extended at 45 degrees then bring together, up to 30secs.

Double side jack knife, this will be for you to be laying on your side and lifting your torso and your legs, 30 secs on each side.

Crunches, remember when doing crunches focus on bring the two areas where your abs attach to your bone, your ribs and your pelvis together, up to 30 secs.

Twisting lunges, stretching your arms out from the side of you, lunge and twist your torso, up to 30 secs.

Superman, lie on your core and put your arms behind you and lift your torso and legs then back down, repeat for 30 secs.

After completing all exercises in your supersets, rest for 60 seconds. Remember, always mix up your workout routine to keep your muscles guessing.

Many exercises work but in order to maximize results you need the right fuel too, meaning your dieting. Eating a clean diet will boost your result quickly. You will have the stomach you always wanted doing so. These execises are very simple to do, i use these exercise all the time and yes i do it in supersets. If you do exercises in supersets this will boost your metabolism, even after your workout you will still be burning calories and thats where the quick results come in.
