What is the first thing people think when you say secret agent? Most probably they will say James Bond. Now why is that so? Because not only does he have a god-looking body that attracts countless woman wherever he goes. He also has lightning quick moves that perform at any given time he needed. After Daniel Craig surfaced from the Bahamas beach in the Casino Royale movie, he literally spiked Internet searches for people looking for that James Bond physique. The leading fitness companies immediately jumped at the opportunity, and brought their usual bodybuilding products and labeled them "Bond's workout". But anybody from the special tactical ops wasn't fooled by their gimmicks.
Tactical ops knows that for a guy like James Bond, he can't have muscle just to look good. He has to have ready-to-go muscle.
Military fitness trainer Scott Sonnon teaches these exact moves in his program to military soldiers, secret agents, bodyguards, and MMA fighters. He himself had learned these new found methods when training with shady groups that he's crew cast as movie bad guys in the 80’s: Spetsnaz, national and Olympic coaches, secret police, special forces, and even the cosmonaut program.
