I have been encumbered with extra fat and weight all my life, mostly around the belly region. The battle has been an epic one and has continued all through my adult life.

Like most obese or over weight people I have tried almost everything that has come across my path. Like myself all of you, must have been excited by and tried new fad diets, miracle pills, abdominal and other exercise machines that claim weight loss fame. Ultimately realizing that they don't work over the long haul bringing you to the reason I wrote this article. They simply don't pass the test of time.

The test of time is the one that we failed and is the reason to our misery. So lets look at what has past the test of time and worked for others for centuries. The only tried, true and tested concept that has proven effective is EXERCISE coupled with a HEALTHY DIET. Although a healthy diet is a must, our focus today is on Exercise, more specifically the exercises I found most effective, INTERVAL TRAINING WORKOUTS.

Now i'm going to show you a method to shed those unwanted pounds fast. If you can spare about an hour a week (20 mins three times a week), I'm gonna show you a way to drop two to three pounds a week, MAYBE MORE. You will be happy to hear that it is mostly belly fat targeted by these interval training workouts.

In the past low intensity aerobic exercise was promoted for best weight loss results, but in fact according to more recent studies it is in fact High intensity interval training that achieves better results and helps you shed pounds fast. These interval training workouts have remarkable fat loss results. They virtualy turn your body into fat burning machine.

What is interval training? It is an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Interval training is an effective form of cardiovascular exercise. These short and intense workouts provide a forum for improved fat burning and incredible weight loss results.

Now that you know what these workouts are!! You will find that there are hundreds of different routines and trainers that claim they are the best, and some are definetely better than others (everything is not created equal). Research more about losing fat by interval training and find the best match for YOU!!
