There are many exercises which are proved effective for losing weight. But the fastest exercise to lose weight is jogging. Jogging burns the fat faster than any other exercise, it keeps the heart to beat faster and helps in burning fat.

There are other several exercises like skipping rope, treadmill, cycling, pushups, but jogging is effective among them. It also keeps a person healthy and it is a great way to get in shape. Jogging does not require any special equipment, it just requires motivation and getting out of the home and start running. Another advantage of jogging is that it is effective for whole body that are legs, arms, abdomen, thighs and other parts get in shape.

Initially it will be difficult to do jogging and a person has to set a routine for it. Once a routine is set then person gets used to it and ultimately he will love jogging. Effective way is to run fast for 20 minutes and then slow down which helps in losing weight more. It helps to change the heart beat rate due to which fat stored in the body will burn quickly.

Jogging along different routes also makes the person motivated and interested. How quickly a person lose weight depends upon the duration of jogging, how regular a person is doing jogging and food that a person consumes. A person should jog for at least 30 minutes which will be helpful to lose weight and he should increase time slowly up to one hour.

Jogging is the fastest exercise to lose weight only when a person does it regularly, if a person wants to lose weight quickly he should jog every day. Along with jogging it is essential to eat healthy and clean food like eating protein, carbohydrates and drinking plenty of water.

Eating healthy and jogging regularly will help to lose weight fast. When a person does jogging it will help in burning the calories and when the number of calories burned is greater than the calories a person consumed it will help in losing the body fat. Physical and mental health is also improved by jogging. Jogging too much initially makes the person de motivated and a person also gets injured. Focus should be on increasing the speed and time of jogging gradually.

Jogging workouts are only effective when a person avoids sodas, ice-cream, oily food and bakery items. Foods like fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish and eggs should be eaten and jogging should be done every day to lose weight fast.

Some studies have also proved that jogging is more effective than other workouts and will lead to weight loss. Jogging is easy and can be done at any time, it can be done alone or can be done with someone else. It is a cheap workout and it does not require buying expensive equipments, only a pair of shoes is enough.
