Flat Stomach Exercises

Today let's talk about some of the most effective flat stomach exercises that are intended to melt away stubborn belly fat so you can show off your flat stomach, finally. Warning: Results will be included! Get ready for a great set of flat stomach workouts.

Ok, so my first of 3 awesome flat stomach exercises for you is to include some high intensity interval training into your routine. You may have heard of this term before so let me elaborate to help you, and if you haven't don't let the term "high intensity" scare you, it's all relative. High intensity interval training allows you to spike your heart rate and bring your heart rate back down, repeatedly. Doing this allows you to build the strength of your heart allowing you to work with a larger capacity, thus melting away body fat and being an awesome flat stomach exercise. Here is an example, remember adjust this to your own personal fitness level. High intensity interval training also allows you to get a workout in, in 15-30 minutes instead of hours. 1 minute intervals with your chosen piece of equipment such as a treadmill,elliptical,rower etc. 1 minute of higher intensity followed by 1 minute of higher intensity for 15-30 minutes. IE: 5 mph 5 degree incline for a minute followed by 3 mpg 0 degree incline for a minute repeated for 15-30 minutes. Have fun!

One of my favorite ways to strip off stubborn belly fat is with this killer flat stomach exercise which would be a heavy, once again a relative term, set of a squat,dead lift,push up,or a pull up. When I say heavy, I mean something that you can do 3-5 times repeated for 4 sets. A "Heavy" set can be something as simple as body weight or any amount of weight on up, just keep it between 3-5 reps. I don't ever recommend anything less than 3 reps as with a heavier set form is always crucial. The advantage of these heavier sets is you are forced to engage your core to support the extra weight making it stronger and creating lean muscle that will melt the fat away. You have a much higher rate of exertion with heavier lifts than repetition activity which results in quicker results. Try this tip to experience an awesome flat stomach workout, you won't be disappointed.

Ha, this last one is awesome too, it's called combination training. and you combine aerobic and anaerobic activities in sets. I like to do these in 3 or 4 set increments of 30 seconds each. For example, 30 seconds of body weight squats followed by 30 seconds of sprints repeated 3-4 times then rest and repeat with new sets of exercises. I think it's best to perform combination training with lighter weights, probably best to use body weight as the minimal rest will fatigue your body rather rapidly, but will melt away stubborn belly fat. This is a crazy good flat stomach exercise.
