It's hard to deny that you'd not want to Get Mike The Situation Abs, I mean even if the guy is a little over the top he does have one thing going for him, and he's certainly not afraid to show it off. In fact it's pretty easy to see that he loves the attention his abs get him. All you've got to do is watch one episode of the MTV reality show Jersey Shore to make note of the fact that Mike "The Situation" Sorentino has made his impressive 6-pack the most famous washboard stomach in Hollywood.
The Situation as he prefers to call himself, is definitely no stranger to diet and exercise. No matter what all the naysayers and haters may say, those of us who work within the field of Health and Fitness know that to get Mike The Situation abs, or even something close to that, it takes a heck of a lot of time, effort and dedication. Not only does the phrase G.T.L. , or Gym - Tan - Laundry sound catchy, it's first component - gym - rings very true. Total body exercises along with core abdominal workouts mixed with a proper diet are key when it comes to wanting to get Mike The Situation abs.
Recently, The Sitch (yes, his other nickname... does it ever stop?!) released a workout dvd entitled "The Situation workout DVD" that focuses on a fitness regime lasting 50 minutes. My personal opinion is that it's really not bad at all! In fact if you can get passed the entertainment "it factor" of this guy and focus on what he's really trying to promote then it's actually a very effective workout dvd to add to your collection.
Let's face it, for some of us out there a workout dvd that we can do in the comfort of our own home and within our own time schedule does work. True enough it's definitely not the only element to get Mike The Situation abs, but if he's someone who drives you then there's definitely an opportunity there for you to consider this workout dvd.
Just to give you a little more info on the workout I'll let you know that it is broken down into 5 different workouts. To start there is one for your upper body, then one on the arms, one on glutes and legs, and then to conclude there are two on your abs. Let me tell you that by the end of it, and I don't care how fit you may already be, you're going to feel it. He's definitely been given credit for this one. It's funny too, and who doesn't want to be a little entertained even when working out?! If it makes it even more enjoyable then I'll give it 2 thumbs up.
