Do you want to exercise but you don’t know were to start, confused of all the info been given on health, fitness and training ideas. Well we have all been there but luckily you found this article. Lets look at a road, which you can start on to reach your goal in the fitness world.

Most people make the mistake of starting to exercise or use a program and think they will be well away in 3 weeks time. That is a No No. This path is not easy and so many fail. That is the negative side but lets make you positive. Set yourself a goal that you want to reach, lets make it a 4-month goal. Ask yourself do you want to loose weight or you just want to tone those muscles up a little. When your finished setting up your goal, write it down and stick it on your fridge, and in your bathroom cabinet. That way you will always be reminded, especially in the kitchen.

You know the saying, they say no pain no gain. That is true but you must learn to know your body. You must know when to stop and when to push for that second rep. Yes pain will be their and try not to over train, its not a great feeling and you will loose about 3 weeks of training to recuperate.

Why do you feel pain after you exercised? Your muscles just got a shock because they are working harder than before and not used to it. The more you train and the more you stick to your training program, your muscles will get used to it which instead will make you stronger. A point I want to stress out is giving your muscles enough time to rest. It is only when you rest that your muscles are growing and getting stronger. I suggest a two-day split program if you are doing body exercises.

This is important what I am going to tell you now; I want to keep you motivated and positive. You will find out that after you exercised the previous night, and you wake up the next morning, your body is very very much painful right. Don’t worry its normal and I know you must exercise again that evening or day. To get rid of those pains, stretch a little. Use full motions to loosen those muscles. Spend at least 10 minutes doing so; this really helps in lesser pain and easier to train again.

I hope this article can motivate and keep you motivated. This is what I am doing and really helps. Don’t loose that feeling of eating healthy and keep on training.
