How to Get A Six Pack: For Women Only!

Getting a sexy six pack as a lady isn't as difficult as it sounds. There are shortcuts to the process, most importantly proper dieting & proper exercise. Now before you click away thinking "oh great, not another just do sit ups and eat healthy nonsense...", hold on to that though because the advice you'll find here is completely different than anything you've probably every heard. So if you're wondering how to get a six pack for women, carefully read on!

This is a 2 step process that is going to work together. The first is proper exercise. Now again there is no basic advice here. So here goes:

1. The exercise: We're looking for a shortcut to get that sexy six pack, and to do that, we're going to use a nifty little tool called a kettlebell! This baby is going to cut down on results time by 2-3 times because unlike regular dumbbells or standard exercises, this tool's design works way more muscles than basic exercises and has a tremendous effect on the core!

Even doing a regular sit up, but holding a kettlebell at your chest while doing so will greatly increase results. It will be a lot harder to do the exercise, but you'll also get way faster results. In addition to that, basic kettlebell exercises such as the swing also helps works the core very well!

2. Secondly, there is the diet aspect. Again don't click away! There will be no hardcore dieting advice here. Just 1 simple rule: Eat a protein/carb meal within 2 hours after each workout. You can add in a salad, but just make sure that your meal is composed of least 50% protein! This is the key to building the muscles, in this case the abs!

Proper eating after a workout is absolutely essential because as your muscles start to recover after a workout, it is highly beneficial to consume foods that your body will absolutely thank you for! In this case, the key component to muscle building: Protein!

The greatest important is using both of these component together! This not only provides the foundation for melting fat, burning calories and incredible muscle build, but it also greatly decreases the time you'll need to see results with the abs!

Kettlebells are probably the fastest method of exercise a woman needs to get a sexy six pack. Obviously there are way more exercises than just the kettlebell sit up and swing, and many of these exercises are oriented towards the core and building abs!

So if you're a woman and you're looking to get a great looking six pack via kettlebells, make sure you get proper guidance, such as kettlebell tutorials or better yet certified programs that will ensure you get it right the first time! But don't forget, the dieting is just as important!
