I don't know anybody who does not want to have a flat stomach. Millions of people would like to sculpture their six packs to perfection for this summer, but not many of them will really succeed. Why is that so? The main reason is ignorance. We're wasting time doing exercises that will not lead to desired results. Like so many people, you are also likely lost in the sea of information from magazines, websites, forums, blogs and the list goes on and on... Firs you must know which exercises and diet plans to avoid and then ask your self, really, how to get a six pack - the latest methods are the answer.

I bet that every one of us who tried to get a six pack, made this common mistakes. Everything you have been told, blasting your abs with crunches, situps, running on treadmill for miles, cutting your carbohydrates is actually burying your six pack under pound of fat and keeping you from those lean ripped six pack abs that you deserve.

Why to avoid cutting carbohydrates?

The secret is in your metabolism. The metabolism is rate at which your body burns energy. Fat is stored energy. If you can increase the rate of metabolism you will burn energy, and you will burn more fat. If you are cutting your carbohydrates, this will slow you metabolism and burning your belly fat. Remember, carbohydrates are energy, low energy means slow metabolism, and slow metabolism means less burning fat. Simple because your body thinks you are starving so it slows down metabolism and holds on the fat you want to ride of.

Why to avoid all those exercises?

Doing tones of crunches and situps will not boost your metabolism, and you will not lose your belly fat. You can not burn fat on you belly by simply doing ab exercises. Running for miles will strip the muscle you need to burn fat. Remember, than more you have muscles, than more you are burning fat. Your muscles are like factories which need workers. If you imagine that workers are fat, than you can conclude that a bigger factory needs more workers. So if you have more muscles, you will burn more fat. Also exercise like running on treadmill, crunches, situps and all similar exercise do not burn many calories and fat.

How to train?

You training should be short and intense. Include many muscle groups in your workout. Than more muscles you include in your workout, than more you metabolism is active, and you are burning more fat from your belly.

All workouts are a unique combination of weight training and high intensity cardio. eat food that contains many proteins and low fats..chicken, turkey, fish. eat complex carbohydrates, such as oat. two hours before your training don t eat carbohydrates..you should eat them after your training and for breakfast. pause between sets must be under one minute. intense cardio training will keep you also lean. im writing an article about how to lose weight and gain muscle at same time.. you can check there for more advice!
