Losing weight is actually very simple. It is like a simple mathematical formula. All you have to do is burn more calories than you eat! To burn calories, you have to decrease the amount of calories you take in throughout the day and the second thing is burn calories with exercise. It's that simple!
Many experts recommend your daily intake of calories between 1000 and 1500 calories if you want to lose weight. Second thing you want to do is exercise. This will accelerate your metabolism, burning calories and fat on your belly.
How to burn fat?
Burn calories, which will lead you to faster weight loss and lower body mass. But what food should you eat? Which exercises should you do? Many people think if they eat just once or twice a day, that they will lose belly fat, but that is not true! Why is that so? When you eat just once a day, your body slows down the metabolism which means that your body burns less calories. To lose weight and belly fat, you have to burn more calories, but if your metabolism slows down you are not burning calories. Your body will take calories from your muscles, muscle protein, and not from your belly fat.
How to exercise?
How many times a week should you exercise and what should you do? Ideally you should exercise 3-5 times a week, if possible 35 minutes a day.
Which exercises are best? The best combination for fat loss is to do sports, high intense cadrio training, weight lifting or you can simply exercise at home. Exercises, such as running, cycling and swimming are very good for your heart and of course fat burning. You can also join some sports like basketball, football or boxing which are also great workouts for burning fat.
Which exercises can you do at home? Exercises such as crunches, squats, cleanups or jogging on the spot which are great for body strength and fat loss. You can also modify those exercises at home, doing them one after another with no rest between one circle, and now you have home high intensity cardio training :) For example do first 25 squats, after that 25 crunches, then do 25 push ups and finish with jogging in place.
After weight lifting, your metabolism continues to burn fat several days after training. You don't have to go to the gym to lift weights, you can also exercise at home by doing basic exercises that involve many muscle groups and increase theater of your metabolism.
What to eat?
So how many times a day and what should you eat? To keep your metabolism high, you should eat 3-6 smaller meals a day. The most important meal of the day is breakfast. Try to eat complex carbohydrates. Such as oats. Throughout the day you must eat lean meat, such as chicken and turkey breast or fish which are full of proteins, and combine them with vegetables. Fruit is also a great source of vitamins and minerals, which are very important for your metabolism and fat burning.
