Insanity Workout Results For Women

Insanity's workout results for women make it more suitable than for men since most of the workouts are cardiovascular based and provide lean muscle growth and a lot of toning, mostly in the core area. As for weight loss results, this varies based on the woman who tries it.

For the most part, the entire program consists of doing daily workouts that are broken into 30-60 minute cardiovascular/pylometric workouts done in interval training form. Depending on how you complete this workout will overall influence your results. This is why results vary and most women seek to attain a slimmer look and more toned body. Everyone does the workouts differently, some correctly, some not. Some do it better than others, while the rest have to take longer breaks or they aren't in such good shape.

Rest assured if you complete the Insanity program, you'll likely see great results. But you must also understand that there is a reason it's called Insanity. This program pushes you to the limit, literally. In essence you have to push your body for 3 minutes straight on each workout. After that you are allowed to take a 1 minute break, followed by another 3 minute workout.

While it may be hard to believe, no one can actually complete this program, not even it's creator. This is because of the way it pushes you that no matter how great of a shape you're in, you're kicking your heart and body into overdrive when you do these workouts and that raises the question of health dangers.

Many people who try this workout, especially women report having major joint problems afterwards. Most of the workouts that are done in this program put a lot of pressure on those areas so if you already have joint problems as it is, it is not advised to try this program.

A lot of women believe that this is the only program, other than P90X that will get you into shape the quickest and a lot of times we sacrifice our bodies in return for speedy results and at the same time ignore the consequences that may arise.

Although it may be difficult to believe, there are programs that are easier to complete that this one, but that will provide you with even better results. The reason isn't because they are harder or easier, but because they operate smarter.

Ladies, if you're trying to get into shape, please remember that training smart is primary! Hard work is also necessary, but as long as it's done in a safe and productive way. Insanity will get women results, but it isn't the only way to reach your fitness goals. There are alternatives.
