My Favourite Workout Exercises - Iron Gym Bar

My favourite workout exercises are sit-ups, pull-ups and press-ups. Each of these exercises have their strenght and weaknesses. They have their own advantages and disadvantages and this something that is usually expected of everything because nothing under the sun is perfect. I am not perfect and you are probably not too.

Exercises like these can mean a lot to many people in this world. I know of several people who can't stay for a whole day without doing one of these exercises mentioned above. I mean, they play a major role in our everyday life. It may not for you but it does for me. I completely understand if you doubt me.

One point I can bring out to support my claim is the fact that I sometimes find myself exercising on my bed, avoiding sleep. And no, I'm not talking about adult stuff here. That would be way off this topic and is certainly not in my list of what I enjoy writing about. Now let me explain a bit how this happens.

Lights off, go to bed. I am on my bed and I suddenly realise that I didn't perform enough sit-ups during the day. Then I start it right on the bed. That's just how it happens. I have a quota for each of my favourite workout exercises and I must reach that quota everyday. I made this, not someone else and I'm under no obligation to do it. It's just part of my everyday life.

Now I want to talk a bit about some of these exercises. I will start with pull-ups or chin-ups as known by Americans. Pull-ups basically involve pulling your body upwards while holding onto a horizontal bar until your chin reaches the bar. Men usually do it with the back of their palms facing their face. This is a bit intense for women. Women usually do it with their palms facing them which makes it easier. Try it today and I bet you'll love it.

Sit-ups are more popular and easier than pull-ups. My primary reason for performing this exercise is to make my abdominal muscles strong. While other people may be doing it for other reasons, the main aim of this exercise is a matter of opinion unless you seek advice from experts, and that's something I've never really bothered to do. Why? Because I think they too will say conflicting things that will only confuse you more.

For press-ups, I never do more than 40 per day and I doubt many women will even bother to try this one. I love it and it helps a lot in shaping my upper body, but it's the least liked exercise among all three.

These exercises can become more enjoyable and easier to perform when you use equipments like iron gym extreme workout bar. I read many iron gym workout bar reviews and I must say that the product truly lived up to it's promise.
