There are a lot of exercises that can help you lose belly fat. But to be successful at slimming down belly fat your workout must be targeted. Meaning every exercise you do should be designed or targeted towards that unwanted belly fat. Also it is good to no that exercising alone will not give you a slim belly. You must also eat the right foods and most importantly never eat until your full. Because the more you eat the harder you will have to work to slim down that belly. I know that sounds crazy but you should only eat until your satisfied, if after you eat your stomach sticks out then you know that you went to far.
A lot of people say they have been doing belly exercises for months and have seen little results. This happens because of two reasons. The first is because we will eat heavy meals and think because we do ab exercises that we can get away with it. This is a poor way of thinking if your trying to lose belly fat, because it's like your working against yourself. For example lets say you do a good workout that targets belly fat around your waist. Then you go home at night and eat a heavy meal and put on more belly fat and in most cases more then what you took of when working out. The second reasons people don't have the results they want when doing ab exercises is because they are not intense enough and they are not targeted. A good workout for 30 minute that targets belly fat will produce more results then a non targeted workout for an hour.
Another thing to keep in mind when doing workouts that target belly fat is to stay focuse and never get distracted. There are so many distractions when your trying to do an intense workout. Im talking form experience i mean i had tv shows, kids, people calling and the list goes on. It seems like when ever your trying to do anything positive in your life thats when all the distractions come in, but if your doing nothing but sitting on the coach then you have all the time in the world with no distractions. But don't let that be an excuse to why you did'nt do your daily workout. You only need thirty minutes a day of intense workout targeting your belly fat to see results. For that half hour you can turn off the phone,record any tv shows,and give the kids an activity to do if there is no one there to whatch them. If you want something bad enough you will find a way to get it. So you will have to ask yourself how bad do you want that slim belly and what are you willing to do to get it
Remember nothing comes easy and every good thing comes with hard work. So stay focused, commiteed and just take it one day at the time and never give up only then will you see results.
